Assembled large-diameter box conveyor rollers - SERIES 1450

Our medium-duty, long-life rollers (F=1200 N static, distributed load, ~ 120 kg) are suitable for supporting medium-capacity belt conveyors or as components of gravity conveyor systems for medium-weight boxes or packaged goods.

Precise roller operation is ensured by 6000-series bearings installed in press-fitted plastic bearing housings. Plastic bearing seals at the ends protect the rollers from a significant portion of operating contaminants. The conveying surface is made from steel tube, which is secured to the bearing assembly by press fitting. Several diameters are available, with a choice of stainless-steel, aluminized or galvanized versions.
The installation length can be selected from 100 mm to 1200 mm. Our standard range with 14, 12 and 10 mm shaft diameters is available with female-threaded, male-threaded, milled or integrated spring-loaded shaft ends in the following dimensions:

• For a 10 mm shaft diameter, the female thread is M6 x 15 mm, the male thread is M10 x 15 mm, and the spring-loaded design has 2x10 mm plain shaft ends.
• For a 12 mm shaft diameter, the female thread is M8 x 15 mm, the male thread is M12 x 15 mm, the milled flat is 8 mm across flats over a length of 10 mm, and the spring-loaded design has 2x15 mm plain shaft ends.
• For a 14 mm shaft diameter, the female thread is M10 x 20 mm, the male thread is M14 x 20 mm, and the milled flat is 10 mm across flats.
