Assembled metal crate-handling rollers - SERIES 1200S

Our medium-duty, long-life rollers (F=1600 N static, distributed load, ~ 160 kg) are suitable for supporting medium-capacity belt conveyors or as components of gravity conveyor systems for medium-weight crates, boxes or packaged goods.

Precise roller operation is ensured by end units with single-row ball bearings installed in press-fitted metal bearing housings. Plastic bearing seals at the ends protect the rollers from a significant portion of operating contaminants. The conveying surface is made from steel tube, which is secured to the bearing assembly by press fitting. Several diameters are available, with a choice of untreated or galvanized versions. The installation length can be selected from 100 mm to 1200 mm. Our standard range with 15 and 12 mm shaft diameters is available with female-threaded, male-threaded or milled shaft ends in the following dimensions:

• For a 12 mm shaft diameter, the female thread is M8 x 15 mm, the male thread is M12 x 15 mm, and the milled flat is 8 mm across flats over a length of 10 mm.
• For a 15 mm shaft diameter, the female thread is M10 x 20 mm, the male thread is M15 x 20 mm, and the milled flat is 12 mm across flats over a length of 15 mm.
