Our light-duty rollers (F=100 N static, distributed load, ~ 10 kg) are suitable for conveyor systems used to transport lighter boxes or unit goods.
Precise roller operation is ensured by the single-row stainless-steel bearing balls in the press-fitted plastic bearing housing. A plastic bearing seal at the end protects the roller from a significant portion of operating contaminants. The conveying surface is made from steel tube, which is secured to the bearing assembly by press fitting. Several diameters are available, with a choice of stainless-steel or galvanized versions. The installation length can be selected from 100 mm to 500 mm. Our standard range with 6 and 8 mm shaft diameters is available with an integrated spring-loaded shaft design.
