Sprocket-driven assembled box conveyor rollers - SERIES 3500

Our medium-duty, long-life driven rollers (F=800 N static, distributed load, ~ 80 kg) are suitable as components of conveyor systems for medium-weight boxes or packaged goods. The roller drive end is available either as a welded metal version with duplex 08B1 z=14 metal sprockets or as a high-strength plastic drive end with duplex 08B1 z=14 plastic sprockets.
Both drive ends are press-fitted into the roller with an intermediate ring, with either a fixed or friction connection available between the drive end and the roller.

Precise roller operation is ensured by 6000-series bearings installed in press-fitted plastic bearing housings. Plastic bearing seals at the ends protect the rollers from a significant portion of operating contaminants. The conveying surface is made from steel tube, which is secured to the bearing assembly by press fitting. Several diameters are available, with a choice of stainless-steel, aluminized or galvanized versions.
The installation length can be selected from 200 mm to 1200 mm. Our standard range with 12 and 14 mm shaft diameters is available with female-threaded shaft ends in the following dimensions:

• For a 12 mm shaft diameter, the female thread is M8 x 15 mm.
• For a 14 mm shaft diameter, the female thread is M10 x 20 mm.
