Assembled small-diameter box conveyor rollers - SERIES 1100 STAINLESS STEEL

Our light-duty rollers (F=100 N static, distributed load, ~ 10 kg) are suitable for conveyor systems used to transport lighter boxes or unit goods. Thanks to the all-stainless-steel design, they are also suitable for food and pharmaceutical industry applications.

Precise roller operation is ensured by the single-row stainless-steel bearing balls in the press-fitted plastic bearing housing. A plastic bearing seal at the end protects the roller from a significant portion of operating contaminants. The conveying surface is made from stainless-steel tube, which is secured to the bearing assembly by press fitting. The shafts are manufactured from 1.4301 grade stainless steel.
The installation length can be selected from 100 mm to 500 mm. Our standard range with 6 and 8 mm shaft diameters is available with an integrated spring-loaded shaft design.
