Our heavy-duty, long-life driven rollers (F=4000 N static, distributed load, ~ 400 kg) are suitable as components of conveyor systems for heavy unit loads, pallets or packaged goods. The rollers are manufactured with a welded metal drive end fitted with duplex 10B1 z=15 sprockets that transmit the drive to the rollers.
The rollers are fitted with 6000-series single-row deep-groove ball bearings with plastic dust shields. The bearings are protected by a labyrinth seal in a heavy-duty welded metal housing against operating contaminants, dust, mud and most splashing liquids. The conveying surface is made from thick-walled steel tube; the press-fitted metal housing and drive end are secured by welding. Several diameters are available, with a choice of untreated or galvanized versions. The installation length can be selected from 200 mm to 1600 mm. Our standard range with a 20 mm shaft diameter is available with female-threaded (M12×25mm) or milled shaft ends (14 mm across flats; flat length 12 mm up to an installation size of 500 mm and 15 mm above 500 mm).
