Our heavy-duty, long-life rollers (F=3000 N static, distributed load, ~ 300 kg) are suitable for supporting high-capacity belt conveyors or as components of gravity conveyor systems for heavy unit loads, pallets or packaged goods.
The rollers are fitted with 6000-series single-row deep-groove ball bearings with plastic dust shields. The bearings are protected by a labyrinth seal in a heavy-duty welded metal housing against operating contaminants, dust, mud and most splashing liquids. The conveying surface is made from thick-walled steel tube; the metal bearing housing is inserted into the machined inner surface of the tube and secured by welding. Several diameters are available, with a choice of untreated or galvanized versions. The installation length can be selected from 200 mm to 1200 mm. Our standard range with a 20 mm shaft diameter is available with female-threaded or milled shaft ends, as shown in the available options.
