We manufacture high-quality, long-lasting baler belts specifically designed for variable chamber John Deere round balers. The belt surface features a diamond tread pattern (also known as rhombus pattern) to ensure optimal grip. Each belt is made with three fabric plies, providing excellent lateral stability.
The combination of robust fabric layers and a wear-resistant, cut-resistant rubber compound ensures minimal elongation under load. The belts are endless spliced using FLEXCO fasteners, which are specially designed for baler belt applications.
